Pinec ne
Collaborative

We are a team of dedicated mental health clinicians committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Through a collaborative approach, we bring together diverse expertise to ensure each individual receives thoughtful, coordinated support. By working as a team, we strive to enhance outcomes, improve continuity of care, and create a more connected healing experience for every patient.

Why the Pinecone?
The pinecone has long been a powerful symbol of growth, resilience, and transformation. Its spiral pattern reflects awakening, clarity, and self-awareness—mirroring the unfolding journey of life. In mental health, it is often linked to the pineal gland, a small structure deep in the brain that regulates hormones influencing sleep and biological rhythms. The pinecone reminds us that healing is both a protective and transformative process—one that helps us rethink, rewire, and renew.
About Annie
Who’s life are you living anyway; the one you chose, or the one you were told to follow? So many people, especially men, push through life on autopilot, meeting expectations, checking boxes, and wondering why they still aren’t happy or why it still doesn’t feel right. You might be doing your best, yet still feel stuck, disconnected, ignored, or overwhelmed. You’re tired of not being seen, heard, or validated. The truth is, real strength comes from pausing long enough to ask yourself the hard questions—and giving yourself permission to heal and grow in your own direction, without judgment.
I offer a space where you can drop the mask and be fully yourself—where we unpack the pressure, disconnection, and self-doubt you’ve been carrying. Using tailored, evidence-based approaches, we’ll challenge outdated beliefs, explore what’s weighing you down, and reconnect with your strength and clarity.
Life is meant to be lived, not just endured. Tired of feeling unheard, disconnected, or unseen? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’ll walk beside you, help you unpack the weight you’ve been carrying, and support you in creating a life that feels truly fulfilling. It’s time to stop existing—and start thriving.

About Rachel
“I can tell you because I know you won’t judge me”. Of all the feedback I have received over the years, this statement from clients is the most often said and the one that gives me the most pride as a professional. Therapy, to me, is a conversation. Through that conversation, you will likely learn more about yourself, your relationships with others, and how you view the world. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a roadmap to get you to your destination. We all have a story to tell and each story is important and valuable because you are important and valuable, too.
I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner with 25 years of experience working with mental and emotional health issues across the adult lifespan. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nebraska in 1996. I have a general psychotherapy practice working with adults with a wide range of concerns.
Whether you are new to therapy or a therapy veteran, I would love to have a conversation with you. Grab a seat on my couch and let’s get started on the path. ...Neurodivergent Therapist, Neurodivergent-Friendly...
